Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. In the Field Daily
2. On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day
3. On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
4. Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Customer Service and Communication:

1. Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
2. Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
3. Communicate with support team with questions

Follow Repair Process:

1. Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
2. Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
3. Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We are looking for someone who has experience in making or repairing furniture. You will use your background in carpentry or fine woodworking. Having a good understanding of the different finishes such as lacquer, varnishes, oils and blends is very helpful when assessing how to repair a damaged piece of furniture.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
2. Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required
3. An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary.
4. Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master.
