Job summary

Emerald Blue is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead installation personnel, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You will coordinate with dispatch, safety, and HR, oversee multiple projects, and manage crews from two to more than twenty-five workers.

You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, preparing reports, and ensuring projects meet scope and schedule while controlling expenses and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in moving/installation
• 3-5 years’ experience leading large projects
• Ability to lead crew of two to 25+ people
• Excellent communication skills and reliability

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with dispatch daily to receive assignments and schedules.
• Lead a crew of 2–25 people and coordinate with safety and HR as needed.
• Assist in controlling project-related expenses and reimbursements.
• Prepare and maintain reports such as DVIR, Bill of Lading, and Disposal forms.
