Los Angeles, Inc is seeking a full-time employee to handle loading and unloading of goods while providing excellent customer service. The position requires inspecting the sales floor for delivery items and ensuring equipment safety.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, following unloading procedures, and fulfilling other assigned duties. Candidates must be customer service-driven and able to meet physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. Qualifications

• Customer service driven, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer questions.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation while monitoring procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sales floor for Sold and Delivery items and check for safety issues.
• Inspect and verify equipment safety; report issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Take breaks on time, considering fellow coworkers' schedules.
• Report injuries and accidents to the Supervisor on the same day.
• Respond promptly to radio calls from Security or management.
• Follow unloading procedures and know merchandise locations.
• Assist customers with needs, directing them to proper departments.
• Follow safety processes with donation bins; manage emptying schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
