Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for full-time Delivery Drivers in Pittsburgh, PA. You will load, deliver, and install furniture for customers, ensuring a positive experience and safe handling of items.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with potential overtime. Benefits include health, retirement, paid time off, and more. Must meet FMCSA requirements and have a valid CDL or equivalent license where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid and current driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Minimum 1 year professional experience driving a 24-foot box truck or larger; 2 years preferred.
• Physically able to move furniture indoors/outdoors and lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Able to comply with FMCSA regulations and pass a road test; maintain MVR as per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Review route and safety topics with the operations team at start of day.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Drive a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate to customers’ homes or offices.
• Unload, deliver, and install furniture while interacting with customers.
• Assist in warehouse as needed; may involve loading/unloading furniture.
