Job summary

HOM Furniture is seeking a Delivery Driver in Minnesota to efficiently deliver and install furniture on a daily route with safety and customer satisfaction as priorities. This full-time role offers a four-day work week and a competitive benefits package.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT medical examination. 1-3 years of delivery experience is preferred, and the job requires lifting heavy furniture as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Education requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Licenses: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass DOT Medical Examination.
• Experience: 1-3 years delivery experience preferred.
• Physical: ability to lift up to 150 pounds alone and 300 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture on a straight truck route, including assembly and installation when required.
• Inspect furniture for damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect and clean company vehicle for safety and presentation.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
