Job summary

BostonFAM is hiring a Furniture Delivery Driver in Madison, WI. You will safely transport furniture and home goods to customers, load/unload, and assist with placement while upholding professional standards.

A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is preferred but not required. This non-exempt role offers a 4‑day work week, 35–50 hours per week, and $22-$23 per hour, with ESOP and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience operating a box truck or larger (26 ft+) is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move furniture weighing 100–150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise in a timely and professional manner with care for goods and property.
• Provide knowledgeable, polite customer service and meet quality standards for service.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulations are followed during operations and deliveries.
• Load/unload items and assist with placement as needed.
• Represent the company with a professional appearance and attitude on every delivery.
