Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Furniture Delivery Driver in the United States to expertly bring customers’ purchases to life. You will inspect, wrap, load, and deliver belongings, then assemble items and place them as requested, ensuring care and quality at every step.

Compensation includes a daily rate or commission with a minimum weekly pay, and a strong, team-oriented work environment backed by comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DOT physical exam and MVR completed.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, patience and courtesy with customers.
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy furniture up to 200+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build customer satisfaction by delivering and assembling furniture at the home.
• Inspect, wrap and load orders to ensure protection during delivery.
• Assemble furniture and place pieces where the customer envisions.
• Provide courteous, professional service as the final step in the experience.

What You'll Do

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a hands-on and meaningful role in bringing each customer's purchase to life. You'll inspect, wrap, and load your truck to ensure every order is protected and ready for delivery. Once you arrive at each home, you will assemble furniture, perform minor touchups when needed, and place each piece exactly where the customer envisions it. Your craftsmanship, care, and courtesy turn an empty space into a home, making you the final and memorable step in the customer experience.

Compensation Struture: Daily Rate OR Commission, whatever is higher.

Minimum of $875 weekly pay.

Average Pay for this role: $70,000 - $90,000 Yearly.

What We Need From You

• A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• A valid driver's license with a qualified driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
• Experience operating a 24--26 ft. straight/box truck.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during every customer interaction -- especially in challenging moments.
• The physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
