Qualifications

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including AS400, Outlook, Fortis, Global Search, ECAD, Photoshop, Access and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ARMS, scheduling, fabric receiving, claims, and customer service to maintain the flow of information for quotes.
• Interact with manufacturers, coaches, sales reps, outside vendor reps and associates to assist with quotes and resolve issues.
• Provide custom quote pricing and information for all incoming custom requests.
• Review history of orders to ensure costing accuracy.
• Interpret customer requests to write clear internal and external notes for quotes.
• Know patterns, frames, cutting, upholstery and trim methods to inform quotes.
• Follow up on completed quotes and ensure accuracy.
