• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and tag items so that photographers can focus on image capture and throughput.
• Enter structured data on physical attributes into our system, ensuring the remote editing team has everything needed to craft accurate descriptions.
• Serve as the ultimate line of defense against inaccuracy, ensuring customers know exactly what to expect when their furniture or rug arrives.
• Work in tandem with Material Handlers to safely stage items and keep the physical workflow moving efficiently.
• Tackle other tasks as assigned to meet company-defined KPIs.

We’re seeking a Content Support Specialist for our Furniture & Rugs department. In this role you will be the backbone of our production pipeline, owning physical inspection, precise measurement, and attribute tagging of large‑scale items. Your work will enable our photography and remote editing teams to create flawless listings.

• A team player who thrives in a production‑line environment and enjoys keeping a steady, organized pace
• High school diploma/GED required; 1+ years of experience in retail inventory, estate sales, warehousing, or staging is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Schedule flexibility: Ability to maintain a set production schedule to align with business needs, while being willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if required
