Job summary

Everything But The House is seeking a Content Support Specialist for the Furniture & Rugs Department. You will own the physical inspection, precise measurement, and attribute tagging of large items to enable photography and remote editing teams to build accurate listings.

Responsibilities include measuring dimensions, inspecting for wear and integrity, tagging items, and ensuring structured data. You will collaborate with Material Handlers and contribute to KPI-driven tasks.

Qualifications

• Keen observational skills with familiarity of furniture/materials preferred.
• Strong data entry skills; comfortable with computers and inventory software.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who thrives in a production-line setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year in retail inventory or warehousing is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility, including nights/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record dimensions for furniture, lighting, and rug inventory before photography.
• Inspect items for wear, materials, integrity, maker's marks, and flaws.
• Prep and tag items to speed up image capture.
• Enter data about physical attributes into the system for the remote editing team.
• Ensure accurate listings so customers know what to expect on delivery.
• Work with Material Handlers to stage items safely.
• Tackle other tasks to meet KPIs.
