Macy's Distribution Center is hiring a Big Ticket Order Picker Operator to accurately pick and stage furniture and bedding using RF technology. The role involves using cherry pickers/high bays or order selectors up to 30 feet, with emphasis on time management, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals in English.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently or in a team.
• Proficient with computers and handheld devices.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick, move, stage and put away furniture and bedding using RF equipment.
• Operate an Order Picker at heights up to 30 ft; maintain safety and awareness.
• Report equipment failures or damages; support safety initiatives.
• Keep the warehouse clean and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Read and apply pick labels; ensure accurate outbound loading.
