DCI, a renowned leader in the furniture manufacturing industry, is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be working under the guidance of the plant manager, building and assembling high-quality wood parts for our furniture products. Responsibilities

1. Assemble parts and/or finished furniture for shipment using manual tools and machine operations such as case and drawer press.
2. Inspect finished and unfinished furniture for defects and conformance to required standards.
3. Set up production build lines for cabinets, frames, etc.
4. Follow all applicable Quality Procedures.
5. Read, comprehend, and correctly complete all paperwork required with the job, including build schematics, drawings, etc.
6. Package product for shipment as required.
7. Load product in trailers for shipment, if necessary.
8. Adhere to all DCI, Inc. work policies and procedures, including all safety requirements of the job.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
10. Maintain a clean and orderly working environment.
11. Report any problems that occur to your supervisor.
12. Work effectively with co-workers in a team environment.

Qualifications

1. Experience in furniture assembly or related field is preferred.
2. Ability to read and comprehend technical documents such as build schematics and drawings.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
