Pay Range $114,700.00-$157,700.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The Furnace Superintendent is responsible for overseeing two furnace production lines, including manufacturing operations, finished product quality, and raw material management within a 24/7 manufacturing environment in Etowah, TN. This role provides leadership for a unionized workforce, with responsibility for employee training, development, performance management, and labor relations while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Superintendent is responsible for communicating and reinforcing objectives and facility goals related to safety, productivity, and product quality, as well as effectively troubleshooting operational and personnel issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving sustainable process improvements.
