Job summary

ICL Group Ltd. is a global leader in agriculture, food and industrial solutions, and the Lawrence, Kansas plant is seeking a Production Operator. You will handle material packing, loading/unloading, and operate various plant equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and cGMP compliance.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work in confined spaces while wearing PPE. Relocation assistance is not available; local commuting distance to Lawrence, KS is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in confined areas while wearing PPE.
• Team environment with rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and reading skills.
• Willingness to learn and progress to chemical operator level.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Material packing and restocking of packaging supplies.
• Trailer and bulk truck loading/unloading.
• Operate and troubleshoot process equipment and flow.
• Ensure clean-up and housekeeping in work areas.
• Follow safety, cGMP, and PPE protocols.
