Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Furnace Operations Manager to lead a critical production department in a heavy industrial setting. This hands-on role focuses on team development, floor leadership, and end-to-end ownership of day-to-day operations on a large production floor.

We are seeking an experienced Furnace Operations Manager to lead a critical production department within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, developing teams, and taking full ownership of day-to-day operations.Direct aluminum experience is not required.
