Job summary

Searchmasters Inc in Mississippi seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee a 24x7, four-shift aluminum melting operation, ensuring safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

You will directly supervise 2 Supervisors and 4 Team Leads with about 50 hourly employees, driving KPIs across quality, safety and on-time delivery, while fostering leadership stability to support rapid growth and remaining hands-on on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a BS degree, or 15+ years without a degree.
• Direct experience in metal melting operations - rotary furnace experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong safety background with a floor-driven leadership approach.

• Oversee all aspects of a 24x7, 4-shift aluminum melting operation.

• Directly manage 2 Supervisors and 4 Team Leads, with approximately 50 hourly employees reporting into the leadership structure
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, safety, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement (CI) projects across the facility
• Establish leadership stability and accountability across all departments to support the site's rapid growth trajectory
• Maintain a hands‑on, floor‑driven presence to ensure operational excellence and adherence to safety standards

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a BS degree, or 15+ years of experience without a degree
