Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing setting desired.
• Experience with engineered-to-order large capital equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand design intent and execution of furnace builds.
• Close gaps in work instructions and establish building plans.
• Document and improve furnace and sub-assembly work instructions.
• Resolve manufacturing or assembly issues with Design/Project Engineering.
• Analyze workflow, equipment placement, and space needs to improve efficiency.
• Maintain project plans and hit lists to ensure completion of furnaces.
• Assist in breakdown and shipping planning for furnaces.
• Drive continuous improvement through drawings and instructions.
• Coordinate resource allocation for furnace builds.
