Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot large machinery.
• Experience with a volt meter is preferred.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and PLCs.
• HVAC and blueprint reading experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation of repairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, build, calibrate, tune & conduct repairs of furnaces.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose combustion, electrical & mechanical equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild and re-assemble heavy industrial machinery.
• Perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS) and System Accuracy Tests (SAT).
• Operate and troubleshoot furnaces and control systems.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
