Seattle Boat Co. in Bellevue, WA seeks a FunShare & Fuel Dock Crew Lead for a full-time, year-round role. You’ll provide top-notch customer service, lead seasonal staff, and ensure safe, enjoyable boating for our members.

Join a supportive team and help maintain our fleet, docks, and fuel docks while coaching others and coordinating schedules. Compensation is $22-24/hour, with health and dental insurance, PTO, and uniforms; applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends included.
• Open to working at different locations as needed.
• Willingness to work holidays as assigned.
• Friendly, reliable and customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to train seasonal staff.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Boating experience strongly recommended.
• Prior shift-lead experience.

• Lead by example and maintain cleanliness of our FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks.
• Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, fuel dock customers, and seasonal staff.
• Schedule seasonal employees at designated location.
• Assist manager with boat maintenance issues.
• Provide proactive communication to Funshare members and Fuel Dock Customers.
• Operate powerboats ranging from 19’–25’ (training provided).
• Other duties as assigned.

Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Lead (Full-Time, Year Round)

Seattle Boat is hiring for a lead FunShare & Fuel Dock member! This position is full time, year round.
