Job summary

Seattle Boat Co. is hiring for Seasonal – PT/FT Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Members for the 2026 season. Location options include Newport (Bellevue) primary and Lake Union secondary, with weekend coverage and a commitment from mid-August to mid-October. Compensation is $21.30/hour with anticipated 25-35 hours per week.

Open to individuals 18+ who can work a full summer, with a friendly, customer-focused mindset. Training provided; boating experience is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a seasonal setting.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability are important.
• Able to work weekends and flexible shifts across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to customers and work well with teammates.
• Promote a fun and safe boating culture for members.
• Maintain cleanliness of FunShare boat club fleet and docks.
• Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, and fuel dock customers.
• Operate powerboats ranging from 19’–25’ with training provided.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $21.30/hour

AnticipatedHours: 25-35/week; weekends needed!

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer skills
