Job summary

Seattle Boat Company is seeking a Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Lead to supervise seasonal staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the fuel dock and boat club facilities in Bellevue. This full-time, year-round role blends leadership, hands-on supervision, and hands-on customer interaction in a dynamic marine environment.

You'll mentor crew, coordinate schedules across locations, assist with boat maintenance issues, and uphold safety and service standards while

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included).
• Open to working at multiple locations as needed.
• Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card.

Seattle Boat is hiring for a lead funshare & Fuel Dock member! This position is full time, year round.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• - Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team leader for seasonal staff
• - Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members and seasonal staff
• - Lead by example and maintain cleanliness of our FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks
• - Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, fuel dock customers, and seasonal staff
• - Schedule seasonal employees at designated location
• - Assist manager with boat maintenance issues
• - Provide proactive communication to Funshare members and Fuel Dock Customers
• - Operate powerboats ranging from 19’-25’ (training provided)
• - Other duties as assigned

• - Prior experience working with POS systems
• - Prior shift - lead experience
