Job summary

cfcs is seeking a Vehicle Detailer at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, CO. This role keeps all mortuary and cemetery vehicles clean for services and collaborates with the team on process improvements.

The position requires a valid Colorado driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors in varied weather, and a flexible schedule with some overtime. Join us in serving the Catholic community with pride and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Colorado Driver’s License.
• Positive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic Church, her teachings, and her work.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation-quality work.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, kneel and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime (as necessary).
• Able to meet physical demands of pulling or pushing 50 pounds.
• Able to meet the physical demands of lifting 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7am - 3:30pm.
• Keep service-connected vehicles (limousines, coaches, and vans) perfectly clean for use during funeral services — the primary duty of this role.
• Clean other vehicles used by the mortuary and cemetery as a secondary duty.
• Assist with other cleaning-related duties within the cemetery, as time permits and as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Promote a safe work environment by practicing universal precautions and following general principles of safe conduct.
• Coordinate and communicate mechanical work orders with onsite lead mechanic.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for auto repair.
