Job summary

Funeral Directors Life, a subsidiary of DIG, is hiring a Select Producer in the Northeast Oklahoma area (Broken Arrow, Checotah, Muskogee, Ft. Gibson).

You will meet families daily to discuss prepaid funeral planning and guide them through the planning process, from first contact to final decision, building lasting relationships. The role offers base salary with uncapped commissions, generous bonuses, and industry-leading training from a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• OKLAHOMA Life Insurance License preferred.
• Funeral Industry experience preferred.
• Ethical approach to sales is required.
• Proven track record of sales success is expected.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Comfortable with user-friendly sales software and CRM software.
• Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative with initiative and ownership.
• Valid driver’s license required.

As a funeral preplanning educator (Select Producer) in the NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA (Broken Arrow, Checotah, Muskogee, and Ft. Gibson) area, you will meet with families in your community every day who are interested in planning ahead for funeral wishes, and you will walk them through the process of planning ahead step by step.

• Leads are provided from a variety of sources


• Your earning potential is up to you! This position offers base salary, uncapped commissions and generous volume bonuses


• You will receive industry-leading training and ongoing development from your supportive sales management team
