Funeral Directors Life is seeking a results-driven prepaid funeral sales educator to serve the North Central Ohio area (Sandusky, Milan, Huron). You will meet families, present prepaid funeral plans, and guide them through each step, using provided leads and a strong support system.

Expect ongoing training and the chance to earn incentives. The role emphasizes a high ethical approach and a track record of sales success, with opportunities for travel and recognition through trips and cash prizes

Qualifications

• OHIO Life Insurance License preferred
• Funeral Director License preferred
• Funeral Industry experience preferred
• Highly ethical approach to sales
• Proven track record of sales success
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Comfortable with CRM and sales software

Responsabilités

• Meet with families to discuss prepaid funeral wishes and guide them through planning steps.
• Walk clients through the prepaid planning process step by step.
• Leads are provided from various sources; focus on conversion and relationship building.
• Engage in ongoing training and development with the sales management team.
• Participate in incentive trips and sales contests for rewards.

• Your earning potential is up to you! This position offers base salary, uncapped commissions and generous volume bonuses
