Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Funeral Director in Fort Myers, FL to manage all phases of funeral arrangements from service setup to final disposition. You will meet with families, present options, supervise staff during services, handle permits and contracts, and participate in on-call rotations.

The role requires state licensure, mortuary schooling, and strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. On-call duties and community engagement are part of the job.

Competenze

• Must complete mortuary school and hold a valid state-issued funeral director license
• Proven customer service experience in funeral industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry

• Present clients with all service and merchandise options
• Direct and oversee team members during services
• Coordinate transfer, dressing, and preparation of decedents
• Manage paperwork, permits, and contracts accurately
• Attend services and perform post-service follow-ups
• Meet families to arrange personalized funeral services and educate them on options
• On-call/first call duties as assigned
• Maintain community relationships to improve market share
