Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Columbus seeks a Manager of North America Transfer Agency Oversight to lead a high-performing team responsible for operational support and oversight of fund services. You will drive regulatory compliance, process improvements, and client service excellence in a global organization.

You will collaborate with senior management, product groups, finance, and risk teams while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Transfer Agency, or related fields.
• Experience in Private Wealth Alternative Funds and 4+ years of people management.
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency policies, mutual funds and distribution models.
• Experience with SS&C TA2000/TA2000 Desktop and Chorus AWD.
• Strong analytical, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Python, UI Path and Excel macros.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the Transfer Agency Oversight team, including recruitment and career development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for client escalations.
• Communicate effectively through meetings, forums, and status reporting; analyze data for decisions.
• Oversee fund setups, regulatory statements and tax form mailings, and client portal access.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify and close gaps in internal controls and promote risk awareness.
• Escalate and resolve issues as appropriate.
• Regularly review and update procedures to drive efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Product Groups, Finance, and external partners.
