Northern Trust is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Mutual Funds and Daily Valuations team in onboarding and setting up new clients that trade Mutual Funds and CITs. You will work with internal partners, record-keepers and external funds to execute complex transactions and account set-ups.

The role involves handling asset movements, NSCC and settlement agreements, and client restructures, while collaborating with Relationship Managers across business segments.

Qualifications

• Experience with 401(k), retirement planning, mutual funds and NSCC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and set up new clients that trade mutual funds and CITs.
• Manage account set-ups using internal and external systems.
• Process domestic and international wires and transfers.
• Support client-facing partners and relationship managers.
• Pilot and test new products and systems.
