Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking an energetic, detail oriented candidate to join our Cashiering Team in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on processing check disbursements and deposits, wires, journals, and EFTs while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with advisors and staff to resolve issues, monitor queues, and reconcile daily reports, all while upholding regulatory rules and internal procedures to support firm and client risk management.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass basic math and written communication assessments.
• Proven accuracy and efficiency with deadlines; strong organizational skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulatory rules, procedures and policies.
• Identify anomalies in cashiering activities and escalate as needed.
• Process cashiering functions including check disbursements, deposits, wires, journals, and EFTs.
• Maintain AdvisorComplete and Salesforce queues in a timely manner.
• Monitor securities paperwork and perform monthly blotter reconciliation.
• Generate and review daily reports and communicate with advisors to resolve issues.
• Take deposits to the bank and support various management projects.
