Job summary

Robinhood Markets, Inc. seeks a Cashiering Specialist to oversee high-volume money movements—ACH, checks, wires—and act as a critical link between advisors, clients, custodians, and internal partners.

You will ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. Based in Westlake, TX, the role requires in-person attendance five days per week during a six-month onboarding period, then at least three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of asset movement procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Clear communication skills, data entry, and client engagement over the phone.
• 1-2 years in financial operations, with SIE required; 99 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of money movement requests efficiently, per policies and regulations.
• Manage daily transaction queues to meet deadlines and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce AML and OFAC requirements and review transactions for SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with clearing firms and internal teams to facilitate transactions and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience in cashiering operations.
