You will partner with Finance and the Office of Health Informatics and Analytics to strengthen reporting accuracy, data integrity, automation, and business intelligence capabilities across the health system.

• Translate funds flow methodologies into system requirements, data models, and calculation logic.
• Design and maintain funds flow data architecture and reporting environments with Finance and Analytics teams.
• Develop data requirements, integrate financial, clinical, and operational data; build automated reporting solutions.
• Create executive, departmental, and operational reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting attribution and funding allocation.
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across multiple source systems.
• Establish data quality standards, controls, testing plans, and monitoring processes for enhancements and models.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide BI best practices guidance.
• Support training and adoption of BI tools and reporting solutions.
