Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, financial systems, analytics, data management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, advanced analytics, data architecture, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to serve as a technical leader and advisor on BI, analytics, reporting strategy, and data management best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of database structures, data modeling, business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and enterprise data environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, data extraction, data transformation, and large dataset management.
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills with executives and operational leaders.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI platforms.

• Translate funds flow methodologies into system requirements, business rules, data models, calculation logic, and reporting structures.
• Design and maintain funds flow data architecture and reporting environments.
• Develop data requirements and integrate financial, clinical, and operational data.
• Create executive, departmental, and operational reports, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across multiple source systems.
• Establish data quality standards, controls, testing plans, and monitoring processes.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide BI best-practice guidance.
• Support training and adoption of BI tools and reporting solutions.
