Responsibilities include advising funds at all stages, collaborating with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team, and communicating strategic directions clearly while managing multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office applied to or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated record of community commitment.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds at all stages of their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
