The role sits within the Financial Services & Capital Markets team and involves advising funds throughout their lifecycle, working with investors, and coordinating with attorneys across the unit on complex deals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exercise exceptional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide counsel to investors in various fund types.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
