Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Funds Associate in our Omaha, NE office to advise investment funds and their investors within corporate and securities law. You will collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team and manage multiple projects while shaping legal strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, an active Nebraska bar license or commitment to obtain one, and excellent academics with strong interpersonal and judgment under pressure.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exercise exceptional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide counsel to investors in private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
