Job summary

FLACRA is seeking a Development Coordinator/Assistant to help create, implement, and update a broad fundraising and outreach strategy that promotes our mission and services. This role emphasizes community engagement and data-driven reporting to demonstrate impact.

You will assist with event coordination, outreach to partners and community members, and the ongoing use of social media to raise awareness of our programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and willingness to learn.
• Valid NYS Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event coordination.
• Attend community events and FLACRA activities as needed.
• Perform in-person outreach to partners and community members.
• Work with fundraising databases/mailing lists.
• Assist with outreach, volunteers, and PR.
• Utilize social media to promote events.
• Participate in health fairs and community forums.
• Collect data for reports and outcomes.
• Support fundraising marketing strategy.
• Maintain calendar of fundraising and PR events.
• Assist in fundraising communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
