Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years of related experience.
• Proficiency with donor databases and MS Office.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of donors to achieve annual fundraising goals.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through engagement and communications.
• Input donor interactions, gifts, and pledges into the donor database.
• Identify and cultivate new regional grant opportunities.
• Support development of fundraising strategies in the assigned territory.
• Organize events and volunteer engagement within the territory.
• Collaborate with departments to raise awareness and donor support.
