Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Fundraising, Development, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional fundraising or nonprofit development experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and funders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, research, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated Christian background aligned with mission.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, funders, and community partners.
• Provide donor acknowledgement and stewardship and support retention and growth.
• Maintain donor records, gifts, pledges, sponsorships, and interactions in CRM.
• Research and identify grant opportunities; prepare proposals, budgets, and reports.
• Manage grant deadlines, reporting, renewals, and stewardship activities.
• Assist with annual fundraising campaigns, including year-end giving, digital campaigns, and events.
• Develop relationships with prospective corporate partners and sponsors.
• Coordinate with Marketing on fundraising messaging and storytelling.
• Represent Echoing Hills at community events and meetings.
