Summer Search Bay Area is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising efforts, manage a small donor portfolio, and assist a Directors of Development in implementing fundraising strategy. The role emphasizes donor stewardship, event logistics, and data management with collaboration across program, communications, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a development role or supporting a fundraising team.
• Strong communication and organization to manage multiple donor communications.
• Experience with donor stewardship and event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stewardship, communication and fundraising tasks for a defined donor group, focusing on retention and timely acknowledgments.
• Coordinate logistics for Bay Area fundraising events and post-event follow-up materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Development, generate scheduled/ad hoc reports, and assist with donor communications.
