Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking engaged Call Center Representatives at our Mesa, AZ location. As a Communication Specialist you will train, be assigned to a client team, and call multiple clients daily to engage donors using a client-approved script.

You will work to secure gifts, meet fundraising metrics, and have opportunities for advancement within a faith-based, recovery-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with long-term stability.
• Basic computer skills.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes.
• A willingness to learn.
• Persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four MDS Teams that calls on behalf of a set of MDS clients.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day, using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
