We’re hiring fundraisers in Boston to represent major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.

This is a public-facing outreach role that involves speaking with members of the public throughout the day.
We aim to provide schedules that allow team members to balance school, creative work, or other commitments.
We do ask that you commit to working at least 4 shifts per week (minimum 30 hours per week).
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort speaking with new people
Positive attitude and reliability
Interest in nonprofit or advocacy work
Ability to work outdoors and on their feet
Experience in fundraising, customer service, hospitality, retail, advocacy, volunteering, activism, performance, or other public-facing roles is helpful - but not required.
