Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a Funding Coordinator to manage the full funding cycle, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, RTSs, and clients to gather and verify information for funding packages, and you will track payer decisions and authorizations throughout the process. In this role, you will maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensure timely submissions, and stay aligned with company policy.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete funding transaction cycle from coding to final funding approval.
• Coordinate with Physicians, Therapists, RTSs, and Clients to secure necessary documentation.
• Communicate payer requirements and obtain timely authorizations and decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and inform them of financial responsibility.
• Complete continuing education requirements, including NSM University courses.
