Job summary

Harbour Capital Corporation is seeking a Funding Coordinator to serve as the primary contact between sales, vendors, customers, credit, and customer service on loan/lease documentation.

This role supports our vendor-driven sales team through the back-end funding process for all transactions, with emphasis on accurate documentation, timely communication, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s/Associates Degree or three years of experience in the equipment finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Actively communicates daily with assigned sources, vendors, and customers.
• Creates document packages for funding transactions.
• Obtains missing items to properly close transactions.
• Adheres to documentation policies and procedures.
• Prepares invoices and obtain sales quotes as needed.
• Resolves issues to facilitate funding of lease/loan transactions.
• Operates with supervision or defined procedures.

Job Description

At Harbour Capital, the Funding Coordinator functions as primary personal contact between sales associates, vendors, customers, credit, and customer service personnel on all loan/lease documentation. This position’s primary function is to assist our vendor-driven sales team through the back-end funding process for all transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Actively communicates daily with assigned sources, vendors, and customers
• Creates document packages
• Takes responsibility for communicating with customers, vendors, and sources to obtain any missing items not returned with the documentation package to properly close transactions
• Adheres to policies and procedures requirements for documentation
• Requires properly prepared invoices and obtain sales quotes
• Resolves issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactions
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelors/Associates Degree or three (3) years of experience in the equipment finance industry.
