Job summary

Elite is seeking an ISO Funding Coordinator to support documentation workflow and fund small business transactions. You will review fraud checks, process loan and advance documents, and maintain referral network relationships.

You'll also handle funding requests and verify contract terms with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working within regulated processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years in Financial Services or related field.
  • Experience as Funding Coordinator or Commercial Lending preferred.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support documentation workflow and funding of transactions.
  • Review fraud checks and ensure funding readiness.
  • Build relationships with referral networks and internal teams.
  • Provide phone and email coverage for the team.
  • Process loan and business advance documents.
  • Verify requirements and communicate contract terms to customers.

Position Responsibilities

The ISO Funding Coordinator is accountable for supporting all documentation workflow and boarding of working capital transactions to the system, including critical review of fraud checks. Responsible for building relationships with the referral network and internal team and providing phone/e-mail coverage for the team. Accountable for following documentation procedures to process loan/advance documents, image documents received, and handle funding requests from referral sources. The best candidates will be detail-oriented, comfortable reviewing key provisions of the document with clients prior to funding, team-oriented, and eager to be a part of a rapidly growing business.

Key Tasks
  • Prepare loan and business advance documents
  • Verify all requirements are met and fraud checks are complete prior to funding
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Foster good working relationships with internal staff and partners
  • Maintain customers and accounts within the system of record
  • Generate funding and audit worksheets for Accounting
  • Verbally confirm contract terms with the customer
  • Projects and other duties as required

Education & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services, Coordinating, Legal, Banking, Insurance, or a similar field
  • Previous experience as a Funding Coordinator or similar Commercial Lending role preferred
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
