Integrity First Funding is seeking a professional consulting role that owns the client’s success and guides 40-60 clients through credit repair, optimization, and funding with partner banks.

The role emphasizes accountability, deep care for outcomes, and clear communication, while building long-term client relationships. Requires Bachelor’s in business/finance and 2+ years of client-facing finance experience. Remote with travel up to 4 times/year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance.
• 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another role with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes; understanding of a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey: Guide 40-60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with our partner banks.
• Ensure accountability: Keep clients on track with strong accountability, deep care for their results, and your charm.
• Cut through fog: Understand your clients and their businesses better than they do; anticipate bottlenecks and guide them with structured checks.
• Build outstanding partnerships: Develop long-term client relationships rooted in expertise, trust, and clear communication.
• Become a thought leader: Be a trusted advisor respected by clients for finance and growing businesses.
