Job summary

GLS is seeking a Funding Admin Coordinator II to support the Funding Department by maintaining files and documents, processing contracts with dealerships, and handling compliance communications. This role acts as a SME for compliance-related activities and requires meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will organize loan application files, transmit documents, and ensure accuracy across the Loan Origination System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Financial services and/or auto industry experience preferred.
• Confident self-starter that operates well with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain files and documents relating to loan applications in process.
• Process and return contracts to the dealership.
• Send and receive documents to resolve contract and title exceptions.
• Remit legal documents and original titles to title management.
• Conduct compliance audits and implement process corrections as needed.
• Provide compliance communications to internal teams and customers.
