Job summary

Referment, in Denver, seeks an AI product analyst for a fundamental equities team. You will map investment-research processes, redesign workflows with agentic AI, and build lightweight AI-powered tools to streamline idea sourcing, document synthesis, and model maintenance.

You will work directly with analysts and portfolio managers to reduce bottlenecks, prototype solutions, and ensure compliance with data licensing and information barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience building functional prototypes with agentic AI tools.
