Associated Bank seeks an Analyst in investment operations to support trust and fund accounting activities. You will calculate NAVs, monitor trading, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely processing for client accounts.

The role emphasizes accuracy in valuation, pricing data integrity, and collaboration with teams across investment operations and portfolio support. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in trust, investments, finance, or accounting.
• Experience working with investment operations, trust accounting, trading, or fund administration activities (preferred).
• Experience reconciling investment accounts and researching security pricing (preferred).

Mansioni

• Calculate and validate daily net asset values for funds, ensuring accurate pricing and transaction activity.
• Monitor equity and fixed income trading activities, review trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies for timely settlement.
• Maintain security records within trust accounting systems to support pricing, income collection, tax reporting, and account administration.
• Process and monitor domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Reconcile held-away account activity, update holdings, and verify position accuracy for client reporting.
• Coordinate and process class actions and settlement payments for client accounts.
• Maintain security pricing by researching third-party sources and identify missing or stale prices.
• Support securities lending and depository transfer activities through reconciliation and processing.

Formazione
