Job summary

Associated Bank in Wisconsin seeks a detail-oriented investment operations professional to support fund valuation, pricing, and client reporting across trust and investment activities.

You will calculate daily net asset values, reconcile holdings, monitor trading activity, process wire transfers, and coordinate settlements to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client information. A Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance and 2+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in trust, investments, finance, or accounting

Responsibilities

• Calculate fund net asset values and maintain investment records.
• Process investment activities to support client accounts and portfolio management.
• Validate daily net asset values for funds, ensuring pricing, accruals, and activity accuracy.
• Monitor equity and fixed income trading activities and resolve discrepancies for timely settlement.
• Establish and maintain security records in trust accounting systems for pricing, tax reporting, and reporting of client accounts.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers with accuracy and timely execution.
• Reconcile held-away account activity and verify position accuracy for client reporting.
• Coordinate class action filings and settlement payments for client accounts.
• Maintain security pricing by researching third-party sources and identifying missing prices.
• Support securities lending and depository transfer activities through ongoing monitoring and reconciliation.
