Job summary

SEI is seeking an experienced Investment Fund Services Specialist in Oaks, PA. You will oversee daily fund accounting operations for registered interval and tender offer funds, coordinate onboarding of new funds, and act as the primary client liaison.

You will also support annual audits, prepare SEC-related filings, and provide detailed NAVs and financial reporting inputs. The role requires 4+ years in fund services, strong leadership, and proficiency with Investran or Geneva, plus solid

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in the fund services industry.
• Proficiency with fund accounting software (Investran and/or Geneva preferred).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for domestic and international fund accounting operations.
• Support NAV calculation, audits, onboarding of funds and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, external service providers and internal teams; ensure controls and NAV accuracy.
