Job summary

SEI is seeking a Fund Accountant Supervisor in Oaks, PA to support the Investment Fund Services division. You will act as the record keeper for funds, calculate NAVs, and communicate fund activity to investment managers and clients.

You will train and supervise accounting analysts, participate in audits, and assist with SEC filings while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards. A collaborative, detail‑driven professional environment awaits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Financial Services Industry working with Fund Accounting.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support clients via email/phone.
• Strong customer service skills with daily client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Compute daily fund NAVs, investable cash, expenses and income.
• Process shareholder activity and perform reconciliations with the transfer agent.
• Support year-end audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare monthly expense packages and scorecards; assist with SEC filings (N‑SAR, N‑1A, 24F‑2, N‑MFP).
• Train and supervise accounting analysts; administer performance reviews and staffing needs.
